So as we know its fall time and statement lips are the must wear for this season!
During my recent visit to the MAC store I came across Rihanna's "RiRi Hearts MAC" fall collection. Originally I wanted to get the RiRi woo which is a matte red colour but, who's that chick really caught my eye.
This is a Frost lipstick (with a frost finish) in an orange shimmery shade. I am not really a fan of a frost finish but I feel this lipstick is very pretty fall inspired shade.
Who's that chick is a bit different compared to the other bold fall colours. Even though, it is a light shade it still pops! Before investing in this lipstick I came across Rihanna's Instagram post where she was advertising her MAC collection (frost, who's that chick) thats when I was eager to try it.
I feel Who's That Chick can be worn with a neutral eye during the day and by the night it can be worn with a brown/ black smoky eye. I been wearing this lip a lot recently and I'm loving it! I believe this lip colour will suit any skin tone as its a very mid- tone orange with shimmer.
Rihanna herself is a dark skinned beauty and HELLO... she's rocking it.
Another thing that I really love about this frost lipstick is that it gives your lips a highlighted and fuller looking effect because of the shimmer in it. Something else that I have noticed is that it gives your lips an ombre look under different lighting, I'm not sure if its suppose to but, it really does.
However, one thing that I always have to think about is the colour of clothes I' m wearing this lip with, as I don't wanna look tacky .e.g. this lip with purple is a big NO NO!!!
At the beginning I was a bit hesitant about 'who's that chick' as I have never tried a frost lipstick before but I definitely do not regret buying it.
